We’re halfway through August, and soaking up all of the summer vibes right now. We’re also preparing for some beautiful autumnal weddings coming up. This year our busiest season is late summer and all of fall, and we completely understand why. There is something very magical about the end of the season’s last push of floral and foliage into the world. We were reminded of this gorgeous wedding last year at the Bridgeport Art Center, filled with glowing lights (by Art of Imagination), pampas grass centerpieces (One of our personal favorites) and beautiful blooms. Enjoy these photos from Sullivan and Sullivan Studio!
George Street Photo asked us to be a guest blogger & we were absolutely honored to take part! You can read the full post right HERE! It was so much fun having them in the shop to take photos of our work, we hope you enjoy our thoughts on the trend of rustic weddings, and enjoy the images they took when coming over to visit with us! We think their photos are absolutely fabulous!
I bought a new lens for my camera, and then promptly forgot to charge the camera because we were so busy. So Sadly, I only had the point and shoot for Laura and Derek's wedding. Dory Tuohey will have some pretty shots, too. And We worked with Sara from Five Grain Events. Quite a spectacular little team.
I have more to show and say about this lovely little wedding, but for now I have to get back to some typing. And eat lunch. I almost forgot.
I am also once again ready to remodel the storefront. Expect changes soon. I have been looking for new fixtures and tables. And other things.
