Kate & Tim

Kate & Tim were married this past June.

It was such a pretty, classic June wedding in the palette of blue.

Weddings like Kate and Tim's are so timeless and so elegant.  They can easily transcend any decade .

The flowers used were Dutch hydrangea, orchids, peonies, roses, orchids and delphinium.

The low centerpiece vases were lined with variegated ginger leaves with the blooms overflowing from the top for a clean but still garden-like centerpiece.  And the talls were pools of blue and white accented with green.

The reception was held at the Inverness Golf Course in Palatine, and the photographer was the incredibly talented YazyJo.  This wedding was so very much fun to plan.  I worked often with Kate's mother, Becky, who is a spirited and endearing woman.  She was so excited about the wedding and such a wonderful person to work with.  It also turns out, Kate & Tim happen to live just a half a block away from me!  I'm hoping to run into them soon.

Congratulations once again, Kate and Tim!

(And a special thank you to Yazyjo Photography for these beautiful images!)
